CIAM Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a CIAM Technical Consultant to join our Client Services team in Amersfoort. You will work on customer‑facing projects, helping major European organisations implement secure, seamless digital identity solutions using Thales OneWelcome.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and consultants to design and sign‑off best‑of‑breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients.
• Ensure each implementation meets or exceeds client expectations, covering authentication flows, system integration and user experience.
• Interact with client‑side architects, developers and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Liaise with external vendors and portal engineers to align integrations and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a strong security focus, guaranteeing that solutions operate safely for both clients and their end‑users.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in CIAM or broader IAM projects; e‑commerce checkout or customer‑journey mapping experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Security‑oriented attitude and willingness to stay up‑to‑date with industry standards.
