Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering Director to support civil engineering, infrastructure projects, technical coordination, and site activities. The role involves supporting projects from planning through completion and coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate civil works, site development, roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Review basic engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, engineering activities, and project requirements.
• Assist with technical and construction-related issues, inspections, testing, approvals, and project handover.
• Assist with project schedules, resources, materials, and technical submissions.
• Prepare basic reports, site records, and project updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• Some experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, site engineering, construction, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities, and civil construction.
• Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Able to work with consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer certification or experience with large infrastructure projects is an advantage but not required.
