Client Success Lead

About the role

The Client Success Lead will act as the trusted advisor for enterprise and government clients across the Middle East, guiding them through strategic learning and transformation programs delivered by General Assembly. This contractor position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client programs, meeting all milestones and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including executive‑level representatives.
• Produce data‑driven insights and comprehensive program reports.
• Maintain exceptional quality across all client‑facing deliverables.
• Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide consultative guidance on program execution and expected outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, client success, or account management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to executive audiences.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality and execution.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Currently based in the UAE or Bahrain.
