Clinical Applications & Sales Specialist

About the role

Aegis Medical is looking for a motivated Clinical Applications & Sales Specialist to accelerate the adoption of its insulin pump portfolio across Bahrain. You will combine technical expertise with customer‑focused sales activities, supporting both healthcare professionals and patients in the use of innovative diabetes technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Promote insulin pump solutions to endocrinologists and diabetes clinics.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to physicians and patients.
• Assist with new patient installations alongside the Clinical Educator.
• Manage product evaluations, trial programs, and coordinate with distributors and manufacturers.
• Achieve defined sales objectives and maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Participate in conferences, medical events, and train healthcare professionals on product features.
• Support product launches and related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in medical devices or diabetes products is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Valid driving licence.
