About the role
The Cluster Reservation Manager leads the daily reservations operation for a group of hotels, ensuring every guest contact receives a high level of service and care. This role coordinates with sales and other departments to deliver a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the daily reservations operation, guaranteeing optimal service for all guest contacts.
- Process and confirm all reservations within the same working day.
- Collaborate with Sales and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve required sales and service targets.
Required profile
- Fluent English; Arabic language is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably within Accor.
- Excellent telephone presentation and strong sales orientation.
- Highly interactive, people‑friendly attitude and strong team spirit.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (Opera PMS).
