Cluster Reservation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cluster Reservation Manager to lead the reservations team at our ibis Seef Manama hotel. The role ensures smooth daily operations, high‑quality service for guests and supports other departments, especially sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily reservations operation, guaranteeing all bookings are processed within the same working day.
• Provide optimal service and care to every guest contacting the Reservations department.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and achieve room‑sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar reservations or revenue‑management role, preferably within Accor hotels.
• Strong telephone presentation and sales abilities.
• People‑friendly, highly interactive and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
