Commis Chef – Kitchen Support Role

About the role

KAF Holding Group is looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join its kitchen team in Manama, Bahrain. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Support senior kitchen staff during peak service periods.
• Handle basic inventory tasks such as receiving and storing ingredients.
• Ensure proper sanitation of equipment and kitchen areas.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Commis Chef.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Excellent awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Detail‑oriented, professional attitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal eligibility to work in Bahrain.
