Construction Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Supervisors to lead interior fit‑out projects for a leading construction company in Bahrain. The role involves managing a dedicated team of 30‑40 workers on factory and site operations, ensuring high‑quality joinery work and timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of a 30‑40‑person crew in a factory and on‑site environment.
• Oversee joinery work and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to align schedules, resources, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality control.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working culture.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in interior fit‑out.
• Proven experience in joinery and factory operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large workforce.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and project management processes.
