Corporate Channel Lead

About the role

The Corporate Channel Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end management of the bank’s Corporate Internet Banking platform, driving adoption, commercialisation and continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning and delivery of payment and channel product initiatives in partnership with coverage and business teams.
• Design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise business processes supporting channel services.
• Oversee rollout of new features across corporate banking channels, ensuring operational readiness and appropriate controls.
• Prepare business requirements, functional inputs and documentation such as BRDs, workflows and process guides.
• Analyse functional MIS and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor commercialisation and adoption initiatives, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Coordinate with technology teams and vendors throughout development, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Manage customer communications and readiness activities for major product changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or channel management within corporate banking or payments.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, commercialisation processes and digital channel adoption.
