Corporate Services Specialist – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Corporate Services Specialist will work at the branch counter, delivering timely and accurate services to corporate customers. This role focuses on personalized handling of account openings, transaction processing, and customer enquiries within a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counter services, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of corporate customers' requests.
• Open corporate accounts in line with bank guidelines and manage related onboarding documentation.
• Track and forward transaction-related queries to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Respond to customer enquiries on product procedures or refer them to the correct area, following up until completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a banking environment.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of SWIFT.
• Experience with SafeWatch.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably iMal.
• Solid experience in Trade Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of Money Market Transactions.
• Understanding of NOSTRO & VOSTRO account management.

What we offer

• Salary up to 1,500 BHD inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
