Cosmetics Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

The Cosmetics Outdoor Sales Executive will drive sales and distribution of Red Castle’s cosmetics portfolio across assigned accounts in Manama. The role requires daily field visits, preparation of activity reports, and ensuring product availability while meeting agreed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily activity reports covering sales, coverage, distribution, issues, and maintenance needs at salons.
• Submit reports to the immediate supervisor and discuss findings.
• Plan daily routes and visit customers according to the schedule.
• Monitor achievement against targets and devise plans to address shortfalls.
• Follow up on pending maintenance requests and equipment issues in salons.
• Compile and submit monthly sales reports.
• Report any equipment problems and updates affecting the salon sector.
• Track competitor activities and relay relevant information to the office.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and correct processing of returns according to company policy.
• Support team members during absences and monitor customer feedback for satisfaction.
• Provide customers with information on products and services, arrange POS material when required, and maintain records for performance measurement.

Required profile

• Experience in field sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty sector.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned area and manage a route plan.
• Strong reporting and communication skills to keep supervisors and management informed.
• Proactive attitude toward problem‑solving, maintenance follow‑up, and competitor monitoring.
