Country Manager - Bahrain

About the role

Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets, and overall commercial performance, driving the country to meet its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the country's multi‑brand, multi‑store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), productivity, shrinkage and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and P&L management for the Bahrain market.
• Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers and Store Staff, establishing clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identifying under‑performing locations or categories and implementing improvement plans.
• Drive commercial performance to meet country‑wide sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management or a related field; MBA preferred, with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market and customer behavior, with a proven track record of driving profitability, business growth and team performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and decision‑making skills, capable of managing teams and delivering commercial objectives.
• Ability to set and monitor KPIs, manage budgets and lead multi‑store operations effectively.
