Creative AI & Automation Specialist

About the role

Motiv8 Events and Media are looking for a Creative AI & Automation Specialist to help push creative boundaries and eliminate repetitive production tasks. You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate with creative, strategy, video, and account teams to build high‑impact campaign prototypes and practical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build & Prototype: Turn campaign briefs into AI‑assisted concepts, visual explorations, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Automate Workflows: Identify repetitive steps across production and create low‑code/no‑code integrations to speed delivery while maintaining quality.
• Manage Frameworks: Develop and maintain prompt libraries, tool settings, and reference systems for agency and client use cases.
• Empower the Team: Train colleagues on approved AI tools, evaluate new platforms, and enforce brand safety, IP protection, and human‑in‑the‑loop governance.

Required profile

• 2+ years in creative tech, AI production, or workflow automation (agency experience a plus).
• Portfolio showcasing real‑world AI workflows, creative experiments, or campaign prototypes.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools for text, image, and video, including prompt engineering and output quality control.
• Technical confidence using automation tools, APIs, webhooks, and structured data.
• Strong understanding of full‑lifecycle agency workflows (design, copy, animation, video, feedback, delivery).
