Creative Producer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to lead the planning, development, and delivery of innovative creative projects. Working remotely, you will collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, marketers and external partners to bring concepts to life while meeting strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of campaigns, content initiatives and multimedia projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and production schedules.
• Coordinate concept development, content creation and execution activities.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, quality standards and campaign objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Source and manage freelancers, agencies, vendors and production partners as needed.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Film, Advertising, Creative Arts or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in creative production, project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of creative development, production workflows and content creation processes.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and production resources in a fast‑paced environment.
