Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Join our dynamic team in Bahrain as a Customer Service Coordinator. You will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and will support the logistics team to ensure smooth, on‑time movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries about shipments, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery timelines and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service.
• Proactively communicate potential delays or issues to customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the shipping process.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid working visa for Bahrain.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
