Customer Service Representative – Front Counter

About the role

Copart Bahrain Auctions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers at the front counter of its operational facility. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding customers through vehicle release and related processes, and delivering a professional experience in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the front counter with vehicle release, documentation, payments, and general inquiries.
• Handle customer queries via walk‑ins, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
• Provide clear instructions on operational and logistical processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Maintain accurate records and process customer‑related documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day administrative activities assigned by management.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude at all times.
• Handle customer concerns and conflicts professionally and escalate when required.

Required profile

• Ability to commute daily to the office at Building 1654, Road 79, Block 527, Saar, Bahrain.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or front‑desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer handling manner.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
