Customization Artist

About the role

The Customization Artist supports GMG retail stores by creating and executing product customizations that enhance the customer experience. This role blends creativity with technical execution to deliver personalized apparel and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Understand creative and customer needs to determine the presentation of illustrative designs.
• Review, revise, and modify existing ideas according to customer requirements.
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver digital graphics for printing on products such as jerseys, shoes, and t‑shirts.
• Customize and produce designs for printing on purchased products per customer specifications.
• Maintain an archive of logos, photos, design templates, and previous work for future use.
• Identify consumer preferences and trends and translate them into relevant styles and products.
• Operate printing equipment and demonstrate proficiency with customization and design software.
• Research and stay current on design trends, equipment/software developments, and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customization and design software.
• Operation of printing equipment.
• Knowledge of graphic production processes for print.
