About the role
The Cybersecurity Manager will lead the organisation's cybersecurity operations in Manama, Bahrain. This role is responsible for safeguarding IT systems and data, identifying security risks, and supporting the overall information security strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day cybersecurity operations and incident response.
- Protect critical IT infrastructure and data from threats.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain security monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to align security measures with business objectives.
Required profile
- Relevant cybersecurity experience (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of information security principles.
- Experience managing cybersecurity operations and risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Leadership and effective communication skills.
