Data Center Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Center Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Manama. The role focuses on commissioning, testing and maintaining critical systems within hyperscale or colocation data centre environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support data centre commissioning activities, ensuring all systems are installed and functional.
• Perform electrical engineering tasks and infrastructure testing to verify performance and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain power, cooling and other critical infrastructure systems to guarantee continuous operation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimise system efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data centre commissioning, electrical engineering and infrastructure testing.
• Familiarity with hyperscale or colocation facilities and strong knowledge of power and cooling systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft is an advantage.
