Demi Chef de Partie – Banquet & Villa Dining

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will manage a banquet and villa‑dining section at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, ensuring the highest Raffles standards are met daily.

Key responsibilities

• Control the assigned section, guaranteeing smooth operations and adherence to Raffles standards.
• Prepare food daily according to business requirements and recipe specifications.
• Organise shift mise‑en‑place together with the Chef de Partie.
• Execute orders from the Chef de Partie accurately and timely.
• Maintain daily wine, dry store, food requisitions and kitchen transfers for executive approval.
• Motivate team members and uphold good employee relations.
• Complete daily checklists for mise‑en‑place and food storage.
• Report equipment failures and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Keep the section clean, tidy and pass information to the next shift.

Required profile

• Experience in banquet or villa‑dining kitchen environments.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience supervising a professional kitchen section.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills in English.
