Dermatologist

About the role

Alkem Health and Wellness is seeking a full‑time Dermatologist to join its integrated medical centre in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The role involves delivering comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair and nail conditions while supporting the centre’s holistic approach to longevity and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, evaluate dermatologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform dermatologic procedures, including both medical and cosmetic interventions.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services that align with Alkem’s holistic philosophy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary wellness practitioners to ensure integrated care.
• Educate clients on preventive skin care and long‑term skin health.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and service enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognized specialty training in Dermatology; board certification or equivalent preferred.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Dermatologist in Bahrain.
• Strong foundation in clinical medicine and ability to manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions.
• Commitment to holistic, patient‑centered care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse client populations.
