Dietitian – Clinical Nutrition & Meal Planning

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dietitian to design and oversee nutrition programs and meal preparation for patients. The role involves creating personalized food plans, ensuring compliance with dietary standards, and supporting patient health outcomes through accurate nutrition delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate patients' nutritional requirements using standard equations and clinical assessments to develop individualized care plans.
• Inspect and verify meals before dispatch to ensure they meet prescribed nutritional content, safety, and quality standards.
• Supervise and train food service staff on preparing special diets, maintaining consistency, safety, and palatability.
• Develop recipes, menus, and standardization procedures to deliver nutritionally balanced meals efficiently.
• Coordinate with catering departments and supply sections to meet specific dietary needs and special product requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health‑care catering or clinical nutrition.
• Professional qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training.
