About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Interclean Facility Services, you will lead the online promotion of our cleaning and maintenance solutions. Based in Ernakulam, this full-time, on-site position focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads and supporting sales through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (social, search, email) that showcase our services.
• Manage and grow social media profiles, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and produce regular reports.
• Analyse traffic, engagement and conversion data to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in digital or online marketing, preferably within service-based or facilities-management industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
