Digital Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Support Technician to deliver first‑line technical assistance for our digital systems, applications and devices. The role is fully remote and supports both employees and customers in achieving their technology goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via email, chat, phone and ticketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application and connectivity issues.
• Assist users with account setup, password resets and access management.
• Support digital platforms, business applications and collaboration tools.
• Install, configure and maintain software and user devices.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams when needed.
• Document incidents, resolutions and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Monitor support queues to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Participate in technology deployments, upgrades and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or digital operations.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and common business applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote‑support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
