About the role
The Apparel Group is seeking a reliable Light Vehicle Driver to operate company vehicles safely while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves transporting goods across the UAE and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver goods and products on schedule without delay.
- Maintain a daily log book of vehicle usage.
- Know and follow all routes within the UAE.
- Collect shipments from Cargo Village and handle delivery orders from freight forwarding companies.
- Confirm Pick Note Gate Passes with stores at the time of delivery.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines and RTA regulations.
- Keep the vehicle in good condition and minimize accidents.
- Report any vehicle breakdowns to the transportation in‑charge promptly.
Required profile
- At least one month of driving experience.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders with a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Knowledge of RTA rules and regulations.
