Duty Manager – Front Office (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Duty Manager will ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, a luxury resort on Bahrain’s West Coast. You will support the Assistant Front Office Manager, handle guest issues, and maintain high service standards for both day‑to‑day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in supervising staff and communication across the department.
• Maintain and develop agreed standards and operating procedures for the Front Office.
• Ensure all Front Office colleagues follow the correct procedures outlined in the operating manual.
• Set a high example in punctuality, appearance, performance, and leadership.
• Maintain close relations with VIP guests, responding to their needs and demands.
• Cover Night Manager duties during vacations and days off as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Guest Services, Public Relations, or Front Office roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a relevant field from an accredited university.
