E-commerce & Marketplace Executive

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded, detail‑oriented e‑commerce professional to drive online sales, marketplace operations and product merchandising. The role will optimise product performance, maintain accurate catalogue information and support revenue growth across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on e‑commerce sites and third‑party marketplaces.
• Create, update and optimise product listings, images, pricing and promotional content.
• Maintain consistent product catalogs, inventory data and merchandising assets.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and customer behaviour to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to boost visibility and sales.
• Support online promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics and customer service teams.
• Analyse sales and marketplace data to optimise assortment, categorisation, pricing and placement.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and internal e‑commerce policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in e‑commerce, marketing, business administration, retail management, merchandising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, online marketplaces and digital merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with major marketplace platforms, e‑commerce websites and product information systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, conversion and customer data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
