Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to contribute technical knowledge, quality oversight, project coordination, and process improvement expertise across a range of engineering initiatives. As an Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer, you will support engineering and quality activities from technical review and planning through implementation and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical engineering requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical engineering activities.
• Monitor project quality requirements and ensure alignment with established standards and specifications.
• Conduct technical and quality reviews to identify potential issues, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Support inspection, testing, verification, and documentation activities where required.
• Investigate technical or quality issues and contribute to practical corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate engineering reports, quality records, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Contribute to process improvement, engineering efficiency, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and management‑level recommendations on engineering and quality matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, quality engineering, project engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering principles, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, inspection, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with engineering specifications, project requirements, risk assessment, and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to identifying root causes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technical and quality priorities within a remote working environment.
• Strong attention to detail, professional judgment, teamwork, and commitment to engineering quality.
