Engineering Manager

About the role

DHL Air Bahrain, a cargo airline operating a fleet of Boeing 767 aircraft, is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). Reporting to the Director – Technical, you will oversee Technical Services, Airline Maintenance, Technical Records and the Technical Library while ensuring the fleet remains airworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, revise and manage maintenance and reliability programmes.
• Instigate and control the review and implementation of incoming FAA Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Prioritise work requirements and maintain aircraft serviceability through weekly project meetings.
• Lead the engineering team, handling recruitment, staff development and performance management.
• Oversee CAMO activities, technical services, maintenance operations, records management and library resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years in Technical Services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Preferably hold an EASA, FAA or ICAO Engineering Licence.
• Experience with Part‑145 and Part‑CAMO regulations.
