Engineering Supervisor

About the role

As an Engineering Supervisor at Hilton, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the hotel’s physical plant and guest areas operate safely and efficiently. Your work directly supports memorable guest experiences by keeping all building systems in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance to maintain high‑quality work.
• Maintain compliance with local and national safety regulations for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life‑safety systems.
• Assign daily maintenance tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors, inspect completed work for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to service requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc preventive maintenance on fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
