About the role
Fernandes Group is seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join its retail team in Manama. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience, offering a chance to develop a career in a dynamic market.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote product offerings.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Provide after‑sales support and handle customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Age between 19 and 28 years.
- Minimum qualification: 10th grade (Intermediate School).
- Freshers are welcome; up to one year of sales experience is acceptable.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in Bahrain.
