Estimator

About the role

The Estimator prepares accurate, competitive and commercially sound cost estimates for fit‑out enquiries, quotations and tenders. The role manages the estimating process from enquiry review through supplier pricing, tender analysis, internal approval and handover to operational and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review enquiries, RFQs, drawings and specifications to define scope and pricing plan.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, logistics and installation.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Compile tender analysis, pricing summaries and present estimates for internal approval.
• Coordinate handover package and support operational teams with cost baseline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in interior fit‑out industry.
• Proven knowledge of full tender cycle and value engineering.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement with attention to detail.
