Event Coordinator

About the role

The Event Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Manama. You will support the end‑to‑end planning, organization, and execution of client events, ensuring each experience meets brand and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources from brief to post‑event follow‑up.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to confirm requirements.
• Prepare event documentation, contracts, and on‑site setup/breakdown checklists.
• Track budgets, manage inventory of event materials, and report financial status.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver engaging experiences.

Required profile

• Strong event planning and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales and relationship‑building experience to support client engagement.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple events.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Relevant experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or agency settings; diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or related field is a plus.
