About the role
The company seeks an experienced Fabrication In-Charge to lead HDPE pipe manufacturing operations in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing production, ensuring quality, and managing a team of fabrication personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise HDPE pipe manufacturing and fabrication activities.
- Manage daily production and fabrication operations.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production quality and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and production issues.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide fabrication personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in HDPE pipe manufacturing.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE pipe fabrication/manufacturing processes.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
