About the role
We are looking for a motivated Fast Food Cook to join our busy kitchen in Manama. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers, fries, sandwiches and other fast-food items following established recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with food safety regulations.
- Stock, rotate and manage food supplies to ensure freshness.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow portion-control guidelines to minimise waste.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a fast-food cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
