F&B Captain – Ycone Paris

About the role

The F&B Captain will supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain. Reporting to the outlet manager, you will lead a team of attendants to ensure a personalized and high‑quality dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide F&B attendants, overseeing service standards, food presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Take orders accurately, manage service sequence, and handle guest requests, feedback and complaints promptly.
• Conduct pre‑service briefings, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, equipment and supplies, and assist in training new team members.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and brand standards, and support upselling of menu items and hotel facilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service within a 5‑star hotel.
• Previous supervisory role such as F&B Captain or Team Leader is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
