F&B Service Expert – Lounge Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join our club lounge team in Manama. The role involves delivering high‑quality beverage service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating availability and guest wellbeing.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipate replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and service areas.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as required.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including securing liquor and inventory.
• Document relevant information in the department logbook.
• Communicate special guest requests and additional meal requirements to the kitchen.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards and professional communication.
