Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Manager will lead the financial operations of Red Castle, ensuring accurate reporting, effective risk management, and smooth day‑to‑day financial processes. This senior position reports to senior management and oversees a team of accountants and financial assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Management Information Reports, monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, and conduct variance and ratio analysis.
• Contract external services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and investment needs.
• Supervise the Finance & Accounts department to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
• Oversee bank reconciliations for cash and credit card accounts.
• Monitor daily financial operations including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Manage the payable section, routine payments, advances, and supplier reconciliations.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and handle banking matters.
• Identify and implement methods to minimize financial risk.
• Implement and develop accounting software and management reporting tools.

Required profile

• MBA, ACCA, or ACMA qualification is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager.
• Strong ability to manipulate large data sets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
