Finance Controller – Hospitality Sector (Bahrain/Oman/Dubai)

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Controller to join Ramee Group of Hotels, overseeing financial controls, reporting and accounting operations across our properties in Oman, Bahrain and Dubai. The role will ensure accurate financial performance monitoring and compliance with hospitality industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks.
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and month‑end close processes.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Implement and enforce internal financial controls and risk‑management procedures.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong background in financial management and accounting within the hospitality sector (preferred).
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in Oman, Bahrain or Dubai.
