About the role
Talentailor is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, budgeting and supporting overall business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day finance operations.
- Develop and oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for senior management.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support business objectives through effective financial management.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
- Analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
