Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance for the organization’s growth. The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, board presentations and cost‑of‑capital reports.
• Oversee intercompany balances, reconcile transactions across group entities and manage the annual consolidated budget.
• Lead internal and external audit processes, draft audited financial statements and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for decision‑making.
• Maintain bank facility schedules, conduct comparative analyses for renewals and prepare reports for banking meetings.
• Supervise cash‑flow forecasting, banking transactions, foreign‑exchange monitoring and insurance coverage management.
• Direct Financial Analysts and Accountants to ensure accurate ERP entries, payroll reconciliations and timely payments.
• Deliver monthly entity financial statements and consolidated reporting in compliance with IFRS and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA).
• Minimum 10 years of finance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
