Financial Analyst

About the role

Park Point is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. The role supports financial planning and decision‑making across regional operations in Bahrain, KSA and UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
• Perform monthly financial and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, profitability and operational performance.
• Develop financial models and management dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support cash‑flow planning and cost‑control initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
• Conduct feasibility and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
• Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CFA are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
