Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

GIG Gulf, a leading regional insurer, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support its PBR & Strategy team. The role involves monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical reviews to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, 5‑year strategic plans and all company forecasts including P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Create and maintain financial forecasting models, adapting them to business developments and group requirements.
• Analyse actual performance versus budget, integrate findings into forecasts, budgets and long‑term business plans.
• Compute and project solvency requirements and dividend capacity.
• Deliver evaluation studies and reports that provide insight into portfolio performance.
• Assess business plans, profitability of activities, key partnerships, M&A opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement business analysis and reporting dashboards in collaboration with IT and data teams.
