Fleet & Equipment Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Foreman to oversee the operation, allocation, and maintenance of our fleet and construction equipment in Bahrain. The role involves coordinating daily equipment activities and ensuring safe, efficient usage across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise fleet and equipment operations.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and deployment.
• Monitor equipment availability and utilization.
• Organise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Track equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain equipment records and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with drivers, operators, mechanics, and project teams.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations.
• Experience supervising construction equipment and fleet activities.
• Good coordination and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple equipment‑related activities.
