Fleet Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for a motivated Fleet Sales Executive to drive growth in its automotive fleet division. This full‑time position involves building relationships with corporate clients, securing fleet contracts, and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients for fleet sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored fleet solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals highlighting the vehicle portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery and after‑sales service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent First Motors at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, especially commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
