About the role
KYO Bahrain is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee the dining area of its restaurant in Manama. The role focuses on delivering a seamless guest experience by coordinating service staff and ensuring smooth floor operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach restaurant service staff during service periods.
- Maintain orderly and efficient floor operations to support guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure timely service.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate start.
- At least one year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication abilities.
- Professional attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
