About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at The Ritz-Carlton La Med. You will be responsible for setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation of menus and dining settings.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any immediate needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, replenish supplies, and follow safety and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
