Founding Business Development Partner – Media & Social

About the role

SATR Media is seeking a Founding Business Development Partner to drive commercial growth for its media and social‑first content services. This early‑stage, hybrid position is commission‑based and does not include a fixed salary at launch.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and engage potential clients across media, social and branded content sectors.
• Identify decision‑makers, conduct meetings and develop tailored proposals and pitch materials.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement.
• Collaborate with founders, account, creative and production teams to translate client needs into viable scopes, pricing and timelines.
• Contribute to target‑market development, partnership strategy, pricing feedback, positioning, sales processes and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management and negotiation.
• Comfort with a commission‑only compensation model and a desire to shape commercial strategy in an early‑stage media company.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
