About the role
The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of luxury service. You will guide guests through their stay, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, provide local area information and resolve issues promptly.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and protect confidential information.
- Uphold quality standards, professional appearance and communication at all times.
- Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
