Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

AMAN is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end digital funnel for its MENA market and global expansion. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will design and execute data‑driven campaigns that generate demand, nurture leads and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital demand engine from awareness through to qualified pipeline (MQL → SQL → revenue).
• Design, plan and launch multi‑channel growth campaigns aligned with revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement and Product teams to improve lead quality, deal velocity and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute ABM programmes and regional growth initiatives across sectors.
• Manage HubSpot as a revenue engine – automation, workflows, scoring, attribution and reporting.
• Build dashboards that track funnel performance, pipeline contribution and ROI, and continuously test and optimise campaigns.
• Improve website conversion through UX, CRO, SEO and paid‑acquisition tactics.
• Provide market insight for the MENA region, adapting global strategies to local cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success operating across multiple regions with a strong focus on the MENA market.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving scale‑up, showing pragmatism, curiosity and accountability.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with HubSpot and funnel analytics.
• Proficiency with project‑management and stakeholder‑management tools such as Trello or Monday.com.
• SEO and paid‑acquisition expertise in a B2B context.
• ABM planning and execution.
